Comments: This was an awsome course to play! Quick and fun! The course has come a long way in the last couple of years, tees and greens where awsome! The weather was great and the beer was cold!

Comments: This executive course is well laid out, an absolute gem in Muskoka! The tees, greens and fairways where lush and well maintained, and the scenery was plentiful. The following are the yardages and pars for each hole: #1, PAR 3 BLUE TEE 184, RED TEE 157, OVER POND 2 4 403 371, OVER STREAM 3 4 247 216, OVER POND 4 4 243 203, OVER STREAM 5 4 315 279, OVER POND, LAKE VIEW 6 3 163 150, AWSOME STONE WALL 7 3 128 128, OVER STREAM 8 3 174 174, OVER STREAM 9 4 244 217, OVER POND The prices where relatively low for the quality of the course, 9 holes was only $29.95 and if you played after 3:30 or before 8:30 it was only $19.95, but if you wanted to play another round which we did it was only another $12.00. Definitely a great bang for your buck! The club house is a post and beam construction and very cute. We ended our day sitting on the outside patio overlooking the first and second greens sipping a drink. Overall it was a wonderful experience and I look forward to playing there again. Maybe even next week!

Comments: The course is what it is, an executive layout. I have played it since its inception and in 2007 the conditions improved significantly to a level where lies on greens and fairways were consistent. This course does not compete with the superior courses in the area, but for a quick fun 9 and a guarantee of challenging shots, play it and enjoy that courses like this exist. Twilight is 15 bucks!

Comments: The course was poorly maintained. Area's of the fairway were very dry and thin patches of grass. The driveway entrance to the course was very difficult to get into coming from Bala. The driveway entrance was a hard right turn that ends up being a 3 point turn, and the driveway is no wider than the cart paths, so if you meet a car coming out be prepared to drive onto the fairway to move over. The fairways were not properlly marked with yardage markers so it was a guessing game at how far we were to the pins. The staff at the clubhouse were friendly and very willing to provide us with lots of bug spray!!!! The mosquitos were very plentiful and hungry - but this is Muskoka!!!
